Kale and Hawthorn Porridge


  • 30g fresh kale/ 10g dried spirulina powder/ 30g fresh spinach
  • 1 tablespoon hawthorn jam
  • 50g oats
  • 1 banane
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 Handful chopped almonds
  • 1 pinch cinnamon


  • 1 cup oats
  • 3 cups water


  1. To start with, blend the 1 cup of oats and 3 cups of water, whizz until smooth and sieve
  1. Add the 50g of oats to a bowl with boiled water as desired and mix in chia seeds
  1. Layer the tablespoon of hawthorn jam onto your oats and top generously with washed kale, banana slices and chopped almonds; serve with oat milk
