Kale and Hawthorn Porridge
PORRIDGE
- 30g fresh kale/ 10g dried spirulina powder/ 30g fresh spinach
- 1 tablespoon hawthorn jam
- 50g oats
- 1 banane
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 Handful chopped almonds
- 1 pinch cinnamon
OAT MEAL
- 1 cup oats
- 3 cups water
Method
- To start with, blend the 1 cup of oats and 3 cups of water, whizz until smooth and sieve
- Add the 50g of oats to a bowl with boiled water as desired and mix in chia seeds
- Layer the tablespoon of hawthorn jam onto your oats and top generously with washed kale, banana slices and chopped almonds; serve with oat milk
